Sandbox Properties of Florida LLC was founded by David Salanitro and continues to operate as a dynamic Florida licensed real estate brokerage and as a specialized equity placement & real estate development investor.  Sandbox is particularly focused in advancing value-add opportunities within the Central Florida markets including sourcing, entitling and delivering residential master planned communities, multifamily apartments, mixed-used, hotel and commercial positions to the market.  David’s leadership at Sandbox entails over 20 years of real estate experience combined with a legal background as a licensed attorney within the states of Connecticut and Florida. David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pace University in New York and graduated with a JD from New York Law School.

David Salanitro maintains a seasoned background within land acquisition and land purchase underwriting gained through previous employment experiences spanning over the last 2 decades including land acquisition manager and real estate legal advisory roles working for Toll Brothers, Landstar Homes,  Ryland Homes, Taylor Morrison Homes, Liberty Investment Properties, Florida Association of Realtors and other private real estate development firms.

 

David has resided in Orlando, FL for nearly 20 years and is active within his local Orlando community with his wife Michelle and their 2 sons.
